We've long been fans of the Film Independent Spirit Awards, the premier event honoring the independent film community. In addition to bringing together the top talent in independent film and Hollywood, the Spirit Awards is widely known for being quite the party.
As fans of both groundbreaking film and great parties, it's no surprise that we jumped at the opportunity to craft the package for their 2012 awards show. Through a collage of elements, both 2D and 3D, we bring the viewer from the East River, across the country, to it's final stop on the beaches of Santa Monica (where the awards event is held each year in a beachfront tent. Which is awesome).
